Who we are

MT Appliances Repair is an independent home appliance repair service based at 03, Ghosh Bari, Balisha Road, Duttapukur, West Bengal 743248. You can reach us on +91 70441 02002 or at support@mtappliancesrepair.in. If you have a question about anything on this page, either of those reaches a person.

What we collect

Only what we need to reach you and arrive prepared. When you use the callback form on this site, that is:

• Your name
• Your mobile number
• The appliance, and its make if you know it
• What the appliance is doing
• Your area, and the time you would prefer us to call

If you call or message us instead, we have whatever you choose to tell us on that call. We do not ask for your bank details, card details, or any government identity document at any point, and nobody from MT will ask you for an OTP.

How your booking actually reaches us

When you submit the callback form, the details are sent to our own server, which emails them straight to our office mailbox. This website has no database and no customer accounts - nothing is stored on the site itself, and your enquiry lives in our email, not on the web.

If that email cannot be sent for any reason, the form offers you WhatsApp instead, with the same details already written into a message. Nothing goes to WhatsApp unless you choose that option and press send, and what WhatsApp then does with the message is governed by WhatsApp’s own privacy terms rather than ours.

If you would rather use neither, call us - the number is on every page and is never hidden behind a form.

Cookies and measurement

We use Google Tag Manager on this site. It is a container that loads Google’s measurement tags - the tools that tell us how many people visited a page and which pages they came in on. Those tags set cookies in your browser and send Google your IP address, the page you are on, and the page you arrived from.

We use this to understand which of our services people are looking for and whether our advertising is worth what it costs. We do not use it to identify you personally, and the details you type into the callback form are not sent to Google.

Two other Google services see your IP address when a page loads, because the page asks them for content: Google Fonts serves the typefaces, and the Google Maps embed on our contact and home pages draws the map. Google may set its own cookies when you interact with the map.

You can block or delete all of these in your browser’s settings, or use your browser’s private mode. Nothing on this site stops working if you do - the phone number, the WhatsApp link and the callback form all work with cookies switched off.

What we use your details for

To call you back, confirm we cover your area, arrive at the right address, quote for the work, and contact you about that repair afterwards - including a follow-up if the same fault comes back inside the warranty period.

We do not sell your details, and we do not share them for anyone else’s marketing. We share them only with the technician assigned to your job, and with a parts supplier where a part has to be ordered against your repair.

How long we keep them

We keep a record of the jobs we have done - the address, the appliance and the work carried out - because that is what lets us honour the warranty and diagnose a repeat fault properly. Enquiries that never became a job are not kept beyond the season they came in.

Your choices

Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will. Write to support@mtappliancesrepair.in or call +91 70441 02002. If you ask us to delete a record that is still under repair warranty, we will tell you what that means for the warranty before we do it.

Changes to this policy

If we add anything that changes what happens to your details - an enquiry form that posts to a server, analytics, or advertising tags - we will update this page and change the date on it at the same time.
