What if it’s still under warranty?
If your appliance is still under manufacturer warranty, contact the manufacturer first - an independent repair may void your remaining cover, and the work is often free under warranty. Tell us if it’s under warranty and we’ll say the same thing. You can read more about what independent repair means.
What does it cost to find out?
Our visit and diagnosis charge is ₹299, which covers travel and a full inspection. If you decide not to proceed after the quote, that’s all you pay.
