We are not an authorised service centre for any appliance manufacturer, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise connected to any appliance brand. All brand names, trademarks, and product names mentioned on this website are the property of their respective owners and are used solely to identify the appliances we are able to service. Repairs performed by an independent provider may affect any remaining manufacturer warranty on your appliance - if your appliance is still under warranty, we will tell you, and we recommend you contact the manufacturer first.

About the brand names on this site

All manufacturer names on this website are the trademarks of their respective owners. We use them for one purpose only: to tell you which appliances we are able to repair. No manufacturer has endorsed, authorised, sponsored or approved us, and nothing on this site should be read as a claim that one has.

We do not display manufacturer logos anywhere on this site, and we do not use a brand name in our business name, our page titles or our advertising, because doing that creates exactly the impression of official association we are telling you does not exist.

Your manufacturer warranty

If your appliance is still under the manufacturer’s warranty, a repair by an independent provider may void what is left of it. Contact the manufacturer or their authorised service centre first. If you tell us the appliance is still in warranty, or we spot it when we arrive, we will say so before we start work.

Prices and timings on this site

Every figure on this site is indicative. The visit and diagnosis charge of ₹299 is fixed and is the only amount you are committed to when you book. Everything beyond it depends on the fault, the parts and the appliance, and you get a firm quote before any repair work begins.

"Same-day service" means we aim for the same day in most of our areas, and it is subject to technician availability. It is not a guarantee.

The advice on these pages

The symptom and cause descriptions on our service pages are general guidance to help you describe a fault, not repair instructions. Do not open, dismantle or attempt to repair an appliance that is connected to mains power, water or gas. If you act on anything you read here, you do so at your own risk.
