If your appliance is still under manufacturer warranty, tell us - you’ll usually be better off going to the brand’s own service channel first, and we’ll say so.
Most requests are handled the same day when you call before mid-afternoon, subject to technician availability and your location. Peak season (AC in summer, geysers in winter) can run longer, and we’ll give you a realistic time rather than an optimistic one.
